这次跟vivatravel的团到东欧去游玩非常满意，特别是导游何潇对人热情友好，照顾老人周到体贴。团游的线路清晰，尽管在车上的时间很长，但是这也是大巴游览的特点，导游在车上给团员讲了很多故事，令人印象深刻。住宿条件非常好，体会到了跟团的好处。

线路比较紧凑，著名景点基本上都包括了。导游张琪是我见过的非常优秀的导游，非常细致耐心，脾气很好，对团里每个人都非常关心，会主动买糖给大家吃，总之我是很满意，如果还有下次旅行的话我会优先选择张琪带的团

东欧最令我难忘的是导游，小慧对工作认真负责的态度，令我挺震撼的，在大巴车上，她基本上没有停过嘴，一直在介绍旅游景点的历史典故，风景名胜，并且坚持了五天，每天都非常开心，导游的乐观开朗也感染了我们大家，赞一个，给五星！
